HomeLet Rental Index - August 2016
August figures for the HomeLet Rental Index have just been released and show a slower rate of rental growth compared to the same period last year. Currently the average UK rental value stands at £913pcm, 3.1% higher than the same period last year (£885pcm).
Rental values in Greater London are up by 2.7% year on year, but are lower than the increases seen in August 2015 (7.7%). Eleven out of the 12 UK regions have seen rent values increase this year, compared to the same period last year.
