Cancellation and Refunds

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, without contacting us:

1. Sign in and go to your account.
2. Click Manage billing, which opens our payment provider's secure portal.
3. Choose to cancel your subscription there.

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then, and you are not charged again. Nothing is deleted when you cancel — if you resubscribe later, your saved properties and searches are still there.

Free trial

Every plan begins with a 7-day free trial. We ask for card details when you start it, but take no payment until the trial ends. Cancel at any point during the trial and you are never charged.

Your 14-day right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing and receive a full refund. To use it, cancel as described above and email us at hello@repolist.co.uk within those 14 days. We will refund you using the same payment method, within 14 days of being told.

This right applies to your first subscription and to each renewal.

Refunds after 14 days

After the first 14 days, payments already made are not normally refunded. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund the period you are currently in, which you keep access to.

If we end your subscription for a reason other than a breach of our Terms and Conditions, we will refund the unused part of what you have paid, calculated by the day.

If we end your subscription because of a breach of those terms, no refund is due.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically on the same cycle you chose — monthly, quarterly or annually — until you cancel. We charge the payment method held on your account at the start of each new period, at the price shown when you subscribed.

If a payment fails, our payment provider retries it over the following days and we email you so you can update your card. If it still cannot be collected, the subscription ends and access stops.

If we change our prices, the new price applies from your next renewal, never mid-period.
