This policy explains how Repolist (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses personal information when you use our website and services. Repolist provides property deal intelligence compiled from public registers and data sources. We are the data controller for the personal information described here.

• Payment information — subscriptions are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details; Stripe provides us with your subscription status and limited billing metadata.
• Usage information — saved properties, saved searches, and basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) needed to operate and secure the service.

2. Property data and public registers

The property intelligence we display is compiled from public records and official registers (for example HM Land Registry, Companies House, the Gazettes, and Energy Performance Certificate data). This information relates to properties, not to you, and is presented for information only — it is not advice.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to create and manage your account, provide the service and its features, process your subscription and free trial, respond to support requests, keep the service secure, and comply with our legal obligations. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. These are required for the site to function. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run Repolist — notably Stripe (payments) and our hosting and infrastructure providers — and only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal or accounting obligations.
